Training was held for the Committee employees by the representatives of the State Examination Center
On November 29-30, 2022, training was held for employees of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs on increasing professionalism in evaluating the performance of civil servants and on human resources management for senior officials.
In the training, for the purpose of implementing clauses 8.9.3 and 8.2.2 of the "Strategy for the development of civil service in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2019-2025", information was provided on the rules for evaluating the service activity of civil servants, efficiency in human resources management, management and employee relations, motivation, etc. by the representatives of the State Examination Center and the questions of the participants were answered.
