The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs announces the "The best essay" writing competition among young writers on the theme "The Great Leader who laid the foundation for the Great Return" dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev.

The purpose of the competition is to promote the rich political heritage of the Great Leader Heydar Aliyev and to create conditions for the development of the creative potential of young writers.

Terms of the competition:

• Submitted material must not be published or broadcasted anywhere before;

• Should not be less than 3 pages, not more than 5 pages;

• Requirements for the text: font set "Arial", size 12, line spacing 1, file format "doc." A4;

• Each author can submit only one article to the competition;

• The author must add his/her biography and contact information to the file;

 Awards:

Submitted articles will be evaluated by a jury. Winners of the first 3 places in the competition will be declared and awarded a diploma and a gift.

Duration of the competition:

Acceptance of materials is until April 25, 2023. The results will be announced in May.
