On 4 October, 2017 the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs organized an event on Presentation of the National Inter-Agency Databank on Gender-Based Violence developed under the project on Combating GBV in Azerbaijan.

At the opening ceremony remarks had been made by  Ms. Hijran Huseynova, the Chair of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of Azerbaijan Republic, Ms. Mikaela Meredith,USAID Azerbaijan Mission Director, Ms. Mikaela Meredith and  Mr. Farid Babayev , UNFPA Azerbaijan Assistant Representative.

Introduction of the National GBV Databank (On-line operation of the Databank, Data Centre and Information security)  had been made by  Mr. Shamo Salayev,  Director of the E-BOX Company, Mr. Ruslan Aliyev, Director of AzInTelecom LLC Commercial Department.

Employee of the Information and Analytic Researches Department of the SCFWCA, Ms. Aynur Veysalovamade a speech on operation of the Databank during the period of 2015-2017.
